MacDelta records Mac system changes such as app installs, updates, storage changes, background items, networking, battery events, recent files, downloads, and opt-in clipboard content. It provides timeline views, search, menu-bar quick access, exports, and saved snapshots for comparisons. History is stored locally on the Mac.
